Our Superintendent and Board of Trustees were pleased to attend the 2025 Public School Boards' Association of Alberta - PSBAA Spring General Assembly in Calgary, held June 3–5.
The event brought together education leaders from across the province to engage in timely and thought-provoking sessions. Topics included Advancing Educational Equity in Alberta Public Schools presented by Dr. Emily Milne (MacEwan University), Reconciliation with Clarence Wolfleg Sr., the role of Generative AI and the Future of Learning, navigating governance in a polarized environment, and a professional development session led by Alberta’s Minister of Education and Childcare, Demetrios Nicolaides.
